At Hexigone, we have a close-knit team and a strong sense of company identity. We anticipate huge growth in the coming months and years, so in order to capture and retain our ‘essence’ – we’ve created a vision and a set of brand values to share within the team as well as with our partners across the globe. Our vision will never change and it will be supported by our three core values as we grow.

But why do Hexigone’s vision and core values matter?
Hexigone’s vision represents the ultimate goal of the company. Through pushing the boundaries in anti-corrosion technology, we want to help our customers create superior coatings that protect metals for longer. By preventing corrosion on oil & gas pipelines, aeroplanes, freight and more, we can help create a safer AND more sustainable world.
Our core values underpin our vision statement and are the ‘core beliefs’ or DNA of the business. We recognise that in order for these values to become embedded into the organisation, each team member must be involved in the process - that’s why we created these values together, as a team. So going forward, whatever strategies, tactics, research and collaboration we undertake, our core values will be the fixed point by which we operate our business. And yes, you can hold us to that!

Ingenuity…in our research and technology
By design, our product has ingenuity. The technology is based on an entirely new formula which utilises smart reservoir systems which can hold onto corrosion-inhibiting chemicals previously incompatible with coatings. We’re excited about this new, safe approach to combating corrosion and our research team will be striving to deliver more pioneering products as the company grows.

We’re passionate about protecting our environment. Hexigone’s HQ is based next to the UK’s first area of outstanding natural beauty which means our staff have spent lots of time enjoying, and most importantly, respecting, our wonderful environment. However, we cannot work alone. We rely on strong collaborative partnerships to get our technology ‘out there.’ Our passionate, diverse and professional team work hard to forge long-term relationships with teams across the globe, and we welcome opportunities to try new approaches and techniques.

Integrity…in our people and our products
Honesty, reliability, consistency: integrity wraps all these words-up into one. These are the qualities we aim to deliver in our products and our people. Our technology has already been independently proven to deliver up to ten times more corrosion protection than the current chrome-free market leader. And although there’s no ASTM integrity test for our staff – we’re pretty sure we’d pass with flying colours! We work hard to create an honest and open workplace which will translate in our future partnerships with you.
